The location was perfect and comfortable, in Chicago downtown with easy access to shopping malls and a market. Booked junior suite, that included a safe, central heating, and an iron.

It is in perfect and excellent location to a public park, set a short way from the hotel. The bets part that it's close to the Magnificent Mile as well as many attractions like the Millennium Park.

Plenty of savoury food at breakfast time. Well-appointed unit with a soectacular view. Early check-in, late check-out. Magnificent, wonderful location on Sunday had brunch at the restaurant. Based not far from wonderful restaurants and theater.

perfect proximity to parks and city landmarks for walks
I was delighted by the hotel's closeness to Millennium Park, just a quick stroll away where I enjoyed beautiful views, and the fantastic Chicago Cultural Center, only a 10-minute walk. Taulant at the concierge even were really nice too help us with a last-minute wardrobe emergency.

The bed and pillows were a dream. Staff was courteous and valets very helpful.
Availability of a continental breakfast or coffee. There was available room service ala carte, but it wasn't very affordable.

This hotel has a great location. Close to many good dining options. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.the late check out time was also appreciated.
Didn't like that you had to pay so much for the WiFi in your room.
